Liability for contents

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation pursuant to Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. If we become aware of such infringements, we will remove this content immediately.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

The content and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution, or any form of commercialization of such material beyond the scope of the copyright law shall require the prior written consent of its respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such content immediately.

The protection and security of our users' data is important to us. Therefore, we do not collect any personal data. The following privacy statement explains what information is not collected and not used on our website.

Personal Data

We do not collect personal data such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. as part of an online application or via an e-mail link. We use your voluntarily provided data exclusively for the purpose for which you have given it to us.

Standard Data

When you use our website, our web server does not record your full IP address and the domain name of the computer you are using. The server is configured in such a way that automatic logging of the information that would be necessary for individual identification does not take place. Therefore, no personal or personally identifiable information can be generated on our servers. In the event of attempted misuse or server errors, however, it may be possible that a so-called log file is started for error analysis. In detail, the IP address, the specific address of the page called up from us, if applicable the page from which you reached us (link source), the transmitted identifier of the browser, as well as the system date and time of the page call-up are recorded here. This data is deleted from our servers immediately after the error has been corrected and is used exclusively to analyze the error. We are not able to link the log data to a person.

Ccookies and Tracking

No so-called "cookies" are used on our site. No tracking - neither with Google Analytics nor with any other software - takes place on our site.

We have taken technical and operational precautions to protect personal data from unauthorized access and misuse. Our security procedures are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological progress. Our employees are obligated to maintain confidentiality.

External Links

If you call up an external Internet page from our site (external link), the external provider may receive information from your browser about which of our Internet pages you came to him from. The external provider is responsible for this data. We, like any other provider of Internet pages, are not in a position to influence this process.

Right of information

If you have any further questions, for example about data that we may have stored about you, please contact us at: rezeption@quartier-gapa.de. In this context, we will of course also fulfill your standardized right to information.
